sw caps

alright, here is what i did.

i took the the value of one sw cap = .0125uf x .87, assuming the #'s would 
work so predictably
by merely removing one bottle from the 12 pack. times 2 in series 
reciprocal, = .00544
which is close to what i'm looking for.
first of all can that work, or am i just being silly.
second, i've gotten the idea these caps aren't especially efficient, in 
which case, would you want
a higher value cap.

(the cap value was aquired from the geek group website. no, it hasn't been 
constructed yet,
and i will likely go with an mmc. and, yes i am new to this( just in case 
you had any question).
