I completed wiring and testing modified transformer tonight.  With primaries

wired in series aiding (i.e. 480V) and applying 120VAC to primary resulted
in measured output of 721V.  With 240V applied to primaries in parallel will

result in 4 x 721 (2.88kV), with 280V applied 3.3kV output.  In level shift
mode, max output would be ~9.3kV with 280VAC input.

With primary windings in parallel, maximum circulating current measured was
<10mA.  So modification along previous lines worked.
