I found that polypropylene sheet protectors work very well. I built two
12nf-at-99kv plate caps using three 33kv-at-36nf units in series and they are
still in service.
if i had it to do again i would use a thin layer of paper between sheets
to help oil seepage though.
being 9" x 11" they have a nice size for sliding into a bucket and hold
up very well.
