Hi Darin,

It has been discussed, but I think that it would be impractical. A nitrogen
laser needs rather a lot of power to excite the tube, and is very
innefficiemt. It also needs to be quite powerful. The only place that I can
think of that uses a LTSG for any kind of SG use is the marx generator in
the Deutchs Museum (sp?) in Munich, Germany
