I wouldn't worry much... at worst (best?) you'd get a visit from some guys
who might actually wind up interested in it.  As a practical matter, I doubt
you could detect emissions from a 10 kVA TC a mile away.   I had a radio
amateur friend try to find the So Cal Teslathon last year: he lost the
directions, so he'd figure he'd use a directional antenna and his
receiver/spectrum analyzer (he does a fair amount of "T-hunting", and just
look for the RF noise.  No luck...
