For those who mentioned it, the most KISS and effective way to increase
OLTC voltage is to tune the primary tank circuit.  With good resonate
tuning, high Q and HV resonate rise, high voltages can be captured in the
tank cap.  Then the tank circuit can be fired at higher voltage.
