Hello all,

recently I have got an article accepted and published on Review of 
Scientic Instruments. It is about tuning Tesla Coils in order to achieve 
optimal performance. Nothing really new: it is based on one of my 
previous documents, older references and also on some discussions had 
with Antonio on this list. The good thing is that now the syntax, math 
and figures should be (hopefully :) ) correct.
