While reading AIEE Transactions for 1922
	(the things i do for fun.....)
found this paper.

Is it known in the Tesla System community?
While old, it specifically addresses resonant/quasi
resonant discharges thru spark gaps.
(beyond that the _summary_ goes to 2 pages of small
print.)

A good interlibrary loan might find it.
