Actually, Shad, YOU are probably the one that floats at HV.  Your body make
a nice antenna and ends up at an RF potential to ground and other large
metallic stuff you happen to touch.  I suspect if you touch a very good
ground while you are near your running VTTC, you will still get an RF burn
unless you are also well grounded.
