Matt,

What equipment is getting interfered with?

I put a little RFI line filter between my SSTC circuit (which operates at about
400 kHz) and the power cord. These are available surplus for a few bucks. Make
sure you use a good ground, and see that your DC supply has adequate RF bypass
caps across it. This means ceramics, mica, or plastic film caps in addition to
whatever electrolytic smoothing capacitors you may have (which do not bypass RF
very well.) I use these measures on my FET coil and have not had any
complaints or equipment go nuts.

Hi all, how can i stop interference from my SSTC?It operates at around
450khtz.

Everytime I turn it on, the family goes NUTS!There is a large antenna above
the house.Could this cause the probs?

Thanks,
Matt
