I forgot to give my own opinion. 

Mini - 50VA or less with a secondary diameter less than 2" 
Small - 450VA or less with a secondary around 3" 
Medium - Can be run off of a typical 120V/20A socket with a secondary around 4"

Large - Needs at least 240/20A, probably 6"-8" secondary 
Very Large - 10KVA+ with a secondary of maybe 8" or larger 
Beastly - 13M or Electrum, Tesla's largest coils
