Hello Matthew
I tryied to keep the maximum distance between the
coils (secondaries and primary, to prevent the
possibility of breakdown). maibe I can try something
like that:

          SSSSS SSSSS
          SSSSS SSSSS
    CCCCCCSSSSSCCCCC--CCCCSSSSSCCCCCC
    CC SSSSS SSSSS CC
    CC SSSSS SSSSS CC
    CC CC
    CC CC
    CC CC
    CC PPPP FF CC
    CCCCCCPPPPCCFFCC--CCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
          PPPP FF

The upper crros member is removed and then the two
U-shapped ferrite cores are tight mounted end to end.
I tryed to not dismantle the flybacks. in this way
the mountage is very easy to make, in a short time.
