cap oil question

I think i read somewhere that soybean oil (vegetable oil) would work for
capacitor oil. I need it for my party cup capacitor, which is rated for at
least 33kV at 5nF according to the designer Marc Metlicka. This would be great
if it works, a capacitor that you could get all the materials for at the
grocery store!
