say +/- 100 volts on the secondary won't hurt. If the core sizes are around 
the same size, go for it.

if you want to know what your output voltages will be input 120 volts into 
the secondary of the MOT (measure you line voltage first), and one on the 
case. You should get 6 VAC output or less on the primary. Then take input 
volts and divide by primary volts output. You should get 20 or so. 120 x 20 
= 2400 VAC output.
