I can tell to you that MMC stands for multi miniature capacitor. It's where we
use many small capacitors in paralell/series to make one big capacitor. It is
usually more cost efficient, and they usually last longer and perform better.
MMC caps can be gotten from the geek group.

I don't know much about FETs other than that they are a type of high power
transistor.
