The pinout for the 6KD6 is as follows:

PIN   Function
 1	heater
 2	cathode
 3	grid two
 4	grid three
 5	grid one
 6	n/c
 7	n/c
 8	n/c
 9	grid one (tied to 5)
10	grid three (tied to 4)
11	Grid two (tied to 3)
12	heater

Sorry no specs on heater voltage or current.
