	Unless installed in a segmented steel garage (8)>>)
	(or equivalent Al structure), the steel door is of
	little influence in such cases, especially as the
	segments are 'open'.  The EMI will happily radiate
	AROUND the door.

	Disconnecting would be most (one is tempted to say
	'only) effective IF the disconnect were done AT the
	opener (removing the power cord) which is an
	antenna.  Coiling the cord up 'small' and taping
	to the housing (if metal...) might work.  And if the
	opener case were plastic:  might be no easy fix.
