Well I know one can not over volt the primary of a mot is that's what you 
mean. IE:  put a mot after the main mot bank it wont work.  If you mean to 
wind a new transformer after your mots I think it should work. It might go 
like this:

120va into mot- up to 2kv or so- into new transformer and up to say 10kv, 
then to tank cap, gap and the rest.
