Well fellas, all the response is very appreciated.
I guess I'll have to interlibrary loan it.  By the
way, I obtained his complete patents through this fine
service.
As I understand it borderlands science sells a
handbook on lakhovsky oscillators, of which eric
dollard's work is included.
Lastly, and least topical, is:  there is an article in
the current Discover mag. about the benifits of
poison/ radiation.  Poison is only poisonous in
excessive doses.  Different from homeopathy.
Also, the dry bath will the best thing to happen to
bachelors since reversible underwear.
