I know I've already said this, but its getting quite ridiculous all these
rules and everything.  I suggest just leaving two categories:

1.  Using a Franceformer 4kV/20mA 4020SE transformer
2.  Using a generic 4kV transformer.

Anything goes.  Lets see what people come up with.  Since there is no large
prize at stake, its probably not that important to get
nitty gritty with the details.
