I got 26 of these UHV-9A's for $150, plus an extra $50 to ship to the uk -
rock on. I found a seller on ebay who sold something like 122 of these
babies, and asked him if he had more. Lucky I guess! - Ill pull out his
email if youre interested.

Those specs again:
40KVDC, manufacturer tested to 60KVDC
4000pF +- 10%
9ARMS
0.2% dissapation factor
