The MiniKatz Tesla Coil is finished ! ! ! ! Pictures here

My MiniKatz tabletop tesla coil is finished. So far without much tuning or
playing around, the 4kV, 38mA (1/2 shunts removed) coil puts out about 5-6
inch streamers and able to pull up to 8-9 inch streamers using a grounding
rod. So far, Gary Lau who also has a similar coil using the same
transformer set-up are challenging each other to see who can get the longest
arcs.

If anyone else wants to join the tabletop tesla challenge, here are the
rules:

1. You must use a Model 4020SE Franceformer Transformer (4kV/20mA) and
required to run with a
minimum of 5 shunts (5 on top, 5 on bottom).

2. Input voltage must be straight 115VAC line voltage (no overvoltaging the
NSTs)

3. Coil must be able to run for 5 minutes (so no setting those spark gaps
to dangerous competition levels where high output occurs briefly, but you
end up destroying your NST)
