BUT
The induction coil is a very low power source for a
tesla coil. The streamers are not longer than the
discharge from the IC. the single advantage is that
you can get arcs to the fingers without the
electrocution sensation (impossible thing with a
simple induction coil). But if you have time you can
build the thing and experiment with it.
I hope that you will not modify the induction coil you
have. It is a nice collection part, it is not worthing
to ruin it in a mountage for tesla coil. Go for a NST
or OBIT instead.
