Cyanoacrylate adhesives fulfills all of your requirements. Crazy glue, and
Tak Pak are two examples of this stuff. McMaster has some under the name of
Permabond 910. If you get the Tak Pak, do not use the accelerator as it
makes the lexan brittle. Keep in mind that this stuff bonds skin even faster
than it bonds plastic!
