Jimmy, what value capacitor are you striving for?

The Geek Caps tested at about 8A RMS at 350kHz with a 15C temp rise.  The
current would go up a bit with a lower Fres, and still more with short run 
times.

I don't know what frequency they used for Irms or the temperature rise at that
current.

Digging through my email history (trash bin, actually ;)  ), it would seem 
you need
.5uF at 17Arms at 70kHz?  What sort of voltage rating do you require?
