Tyler,

The primaries should be wired in parallel to the same switch.
Use a good, high-current switch, not just a cheap 10A light
switch.  A double pole, single throw 30A switch will not cost
much more than a two cheap switches, but will last longer and be
more reliable (you don't want it to fail ON!).

Start by placing two NSTs side by side with the LV terminals on
the same side (it's easier to wire them this way, IMO).  Connect
the primaries together in parallel.  Turn one NST so that its
output terminal is 1/4" or less from the second NST's output
terminal on the same side.  (This method does not require high
voltage wire or a "chicken stick.)  If there is a spark between
the two terminals, reverse the PRIMARY wiring on ONE of the NSTs.
Repeat the test on both output terminals to verify both NSTs are
functioning properly.  Repeat the process with third NST.  Mark
the LV and HV terminals with a permanent marker so you won't have
to do this every time you set up. :)

I used this setup on my Tesla Coil, which threw 56" arcs to
ground when all was working optimally.  It drew about 17A -at- 120V
at full power with 200uF of power factor correction capacitors
(read "make sure you use a big enough circuit breaker!).
