 >From what I have heard you cannot buy CFCs without an EPA license.  For a
while I could not even buy what was left of the Freon TF supply at the local
electronics store.  The only thing I could buy were the HCFC replacements,
which worked just as good.  So even if they had it they probably can't sell
it to you.
