And more importantly (IMO) Richard Hull's analysis gives conversions for the
cir. 1900 units of measurement Tesla used. This makes it easier to
understand, in modern terminology, what Tesla was documenting.

Be sure to get a copy of Richard Hull's analysis of Tesla's Col. Springs
work --- it's an excellent analysis and has clear explanations of what he
envisioned Tesla was thinking from day to day as he progressed with his
work.
