Some more OLTC measurements

Hi folks, I just did a measurement of the secondary base current on the 
mini OLTC. I shot a scope trace:

As you can see it's about 1.9A peak. From this I can work out that the top 
voltage is around 130kV. Comparing that with the theoretical top voltage 
from Vtop=Vpri*sqrt(Csec/Cpri) which is 177kV, shows that the system is 
about 50-60% efficient. I think.
