Actually, store bought H202 has chemicals that stabalize it (even though 
its usually only 3-5% solution, but it can be purified by boiling) However, 
hydrogen peroxide doesnt become explosive until its around 80% 
concentartion range. The only real problem with it would be rapid 
oxidization, and the gradual change of the H2O2 into water ( 2H2O2 = 2H2O + O2)
