Hi Eric,

It may be that not enough of one of the two components was used, or that it
wasn't mixed well enough.  There is also enviromental factors that can cause
a bad cure.  My basement seems to be one.  I have had 5 min epoxy refuse to
cure for 20 minutes, and sometimes won't at all.  Mold spores?  I have had
this happen with various epoxies and fiberglass resin.  They were mixed per
instructions but won't cure properly.  This happens about 5% of the time.  I
would guess that it is some sort of catyletic (sp?) agent that is present in
the basement that either slows or stops the curing process.
