That would be a great deal for somebody who was planning to re-case the 
transformer anyway.  I wonder if they'd be willing to remove the oil (16 
gal weighs 112 pounds).  I have 12 gallons of transformer oil here in the 
Bay Area for anybody who wants it. (Please, come get it.)
