"Dave is right! You have been scammed! You should NEVER, NEVER respond
to
an UNSOLICITED request for any personal info, like credit card or bank
account
numbers, from anyone, period! I have had emails titled like "Scheduled
Cancellation
of Your Ebay Account Due to Certain Feedback". It even had the ebay logo
attached to it but when they were saying that the way that I could
resolve
this issue was to send them my bank acount and credit card numbers, I
quickly
deleted it without even thinking about giving these bozos my personal
info!
Ebay or any other reputable organization never sends unsolicited request
for
personal info like that and they warn you not to respond to anyone that
asks
for this info. As a matter of fact they tell you to report them! Cancel
that
credit card as soon as you can!

We got a couple here the other day which were more imaginative.
Something to the tune that our credit card had been charged about $150
for the three kiddie porno CD's we'd ordered and that the only way we
could get the order cancelled was to send our full card details and
password! Watch it, particularly those of you who aren't aware of the
thieving ways of the modern internet crook.
