Hi Dan,

Usually those things are designed for 60 Hz.  They tend to go to 400 
fine.  Then the transformer style cores start to get all goofy.  I 
certainly have the toys here to test it if you need.
Low-Z wide band high-current(a "few" as opposed to 200 amps) amp
Digital sweep synth signal generator
Digital scope
Pearson current monitors in vast supply...
