Capcitor Secret - large tall insulator add lots of inductance, so you won't
usually see them on RF rated caps.

Baseless. There is no correlation between large insulators and PCBs. There
is with old old capacitors, that's all. My cap with the biggest terminals
(maybe 8" tall) is quite new and pcb free.
