rating WIMA-caps

Hello all,
I have bought several dozen of WIMA polypropylene FKP1 capacitors of 0.22
microFarad.
Their printing says: 1250 V DC /600 V AC. The Conrad catalog says 3100
V/microsecond. They cost 2.61 Euro here in the Netherlands. I think that
strings with 15 in series is save with a LTR circuit (1.3--1.5 Cres) when
the static sparc gap is set for max. power. I am going to parallel 3 NST's,
each 8kV/50mA for hopefully 3 or 4 ft streamers after tune up. Has anybody
experience with these caps regarding overrating/underrating? The C's are
potted in a rectangular plastic housing: 41.5x19x32 mm.
Regards, Willem Bosma.
