Hey Adam,
I went and looked at your ??variac?? and that thing looks like something out of Star Trek!!! What a behemoth. What in god's name do you do with that thing! My wife wouldn't let me get something like that anywhere near "her" garage. I showed her some pics of some nice 6' and 7' sparks and she went into hysterics. She said there is no way I'm doing anything like that! Then, she asked me how to post a notice on the TCML telling you guys I'm fried, I mean deceased. I tried to tell her that my plans are for something "completely different." I never should have showed her those pics. I should have showed her some pics of some flyback transformers!
