For one, the loop size of your 20 foot (40 foot total) connection is
directly proportional to inductance.  Therefore, at the worst, you'll have
much more inductance in your primary loop (not to mention resistive losses)
and have to retune vs. having a shorter run in your primary circuit inside
the shop.
