All wires (signals) you bring from the outside into your shielded box
will radiate as antennas inside it. Wire them inside the box using
shielded coax. Connected the coax shield to ground at BOTH ends. This
will "mute" these unwanted antennas.

Another thing to try is to separate the case ground from the PCB (and
signal) ground and to connect them together only at a single point. So,
avoid PCB mount with 4 metal legs connected to the PCB ground fill. Or
arrange just one of the four legs like that.

Coax shield should be left unconnected at one side for audio frequencies
only. For higher (e.g. RF) both sides should be grounded.
