I purchased an O. W. Landergren toroid several months ago. They are NOT
inexpensive!
But.. it is a sturdy, spun AU toroid. You will have to drill your own
center hole..

How do you modify a foam toroid? copper/aluminum tape?? Metallic spray
paint??

How do you mount it?
