sorry, but i can`t see it there - i look for:
"Ko = Small Capacitor Thermal Dissipation Factor ( C / Watt)"
and see nothing. where did you take the values - from manufacturer
(exactly for 942C20P15K?), experiment, or it`s just "an assumption"?
....

The value was 22 C/W. The power is found from the dielectric constants and frequency. See this page:

Now I tend to just use the RMS current values directly.
