Marco,
If you look at:

http://www.tek.com/Measurement/Solutions/openchoice/docs/articles/001137801.pdf

It gives the internal format of WFM files. Shouldn't be to hard to convert the data to CSV format if you are comfortable with PERL or a BASIC dialect.

Hi Terry,

The LeCroy DSO I used do writes to HD diskettes CSV files. Sadly they are over 0.5 MB large, they are missing most of the setup data (H/V resolutions, etc.) and they are in ADC step units! I can't have more than 3 of them on each diskette.
The other option is "binary" files (only 200 KB each), with .WFM extension. Now WFM is a Tektronix format and Tektronix provides utilities to convert it to CSV, TXT, etc. Sadly, again, they all return error when attempting to convert the LeCroy bit-mousse.
I think my only chance is to drive to the lab, reread the WFMs into the DSO, rewrite them one by one as CSV to some diskettes and voila. Finger gymnastics...:)

Best Regards
