Hi Paul,

DigiKey has part number H572-ND for about 10 cents each.  Nuts H620-ND are 
also about 10 cents.

www.mcmaster.com has the screws at 5.3 cents each (91766A153) and the nuts 
at 5.2 cents (94812A113).
