Believe me I want to go to the teslathon, but I can't afford the gas 
and time. My wife's not working now and money's extremely tight.

Yes, I'm still in the design phase of the cabinet. I was trying to 
make the TC as portable and easy to set up as possible. I can't run 
it in my garage, so I have to drag all the components outside each 
time. So it would be nice if it was all plug-in simple hookup. And I 
didn't want a big wad of wire always connected to the cabinet (coming 
out of a hole etc.). But hey, if you say the NSTs are better off 
outside the cabinet, I'm listening. That would reduce the weight of 
the cabinet. Heck my 35A variac weighs 52lbs. alone. So taking out 
the 2, 15kv/30ma NSTs would help.

I have almost everything I need, but would feel more confident with a 
mentor by my side. It's time to wire up the control cabinet.

2x100 mfd. pfc
40A line filter
Terry filter
35A variac
NSTs ?

Yes you could have a connector for the NST output but the connector (and the
cable) will be special because of the voltage.

Its more usual to put NST's at the base of your coil so that all the high
voltage and to some extent the rf is out of your control box and only where
it must be.

If you must put your NST's in your control cabinet you could use screw
terminals mounted on an insulating block with plenty (>2'') of clearance to
each other and the metal case.

Are you still in the design phase of your controller cabinet? Sorry you
can't make it to the Teslathon.
