A decent chain mail suit is highly recommended to wear
for the stunts like that I agree.

But that would make harm to the reputation of a TC
device in general...

I wonder wether the whole conductive suit is a must
have for "the lightning (wo)man" stunt.
Maybe wearing a cloth conductive enough ,or just
something against skin surface highly conductive
reduces the danger of being severely shocked when arcs
attach to the concrete floor?
Say wearing a tight T-shirt with metalic fibres ,under
the clothes ,could prevent power arc current to affect
major trunk organs and heart..
IMO,only a glove wiring to terminal can't be enough
protection to significantly alter DC component of the
high current pulse. And DC and low frequency components
are what make shocks.Right tuning or detuning the coil
might also alter these components.
Note that she is electrode at high potential which
must get rid of charge somehow during the sudden
transient.

Transtrom probably understood the danger of primary to
secondary arcing, but underestimated the danger of
succesive dischargings of a big isotropic TC
terminals.

I realized that.
Have you met her in person and is that her coil she
uses for the performance ?

A TC power arc hurts a whole lot under the right/wrong circumstances.Once ,he was almost kicked off of his TC platform, and lived to tell about it.His coil is less than 1000 VA powered. Danielle's coil seems more powerful.

Boris
