Hi Gary,

Yes Skycraft is still there.
I guess if you do not have anything similar near your home location it may
be worth checking out. Just about half an hour (not in the rush hour) on I4
from Disney. I can say that in general their prices are higher than say
Hamfest tail gate sales. Its not a big shop say 3,000 sq ft but it packed
full of stuff.
They have a good selection of common surplus components. in particular big
power resistors suitable for NST filters, fans, motors, some NST's (a round
$100), HV transformers, Variacs (+$100), door knob caps and even HV can
style caps not necessarily pulse ones. All manner of screws/fixings power
supplies, test equipment. They also have a large collection of wire gauges
and cables that they you can buy by length. They have a variety of copper
strap too.
You could probably build a coil from their components expect for the poly
caps and top load.

As to visiting Disney (I never have) you may have picked the best time if
you don't like long lines as its out of season. The temperature will
probably be in the 70's during the day and sunny. But if your unlucky and a
cold front has arrived it could be in the 50's. I guess if your from almost
anywhere north you will think the weather is great LOL.
