Having built real faraday cages from 'chicken wire' (actually:
we used copper screen) and worked around conductive paints
in the past:
  The paints can work, but i wouldn't, for all the
  reasons cited.  Additionally, as soon as the paint
  is 'hit' by a streamer the paint is going to 'radically
  change its characteristics'.

  (And i would not 'trust' the calims for the paint in
   its proposed application....)

   ALL wires in and out of a cage must be filtered, with filters
   located/bonded to the walls to be really effective.
