Yes, but multipliers are used with MOT's because the voltage from a
single MOT is too low for a spark gap coil.  NST's already have a high
enough voltage, so a multiplier is unnecessary.

Additionally, with NST's starting out at a high voltage, the necessary
caps would be large and expensive, and the power throughput efficiency
is less than 100%.  But if your voltage requirements are high and your
efficiency constraints are low, there's no reason a multiplier wouldn't
work.
