Sure.  There are a variety of cockroft-walton types which will work with
an NST, however, the simplest type of CW multipliers would only work
with one-side of the NST output (center grounded NSTs)

Of course, you might be thinking of series stacking MOTs.  In that case,
you would only be able to stack NSTs in a similar fashion if they
weren't center grounded.
