I worked there in 1992, they had an area on the north side of the Magic Kingdom where all the excess 'stuff' was laid out, basically in a parking lot outdoors. I bought some laser power supplies there for $2.00 each and an electronic balance for $5.00, I remember. Basically, the guy running it just set a price for stuff, and if you wanted to pay that, you got it. Employees only, of course. I can't remember precisely what they called it, however.

Hello all.

Wow... spare tesla coil, almost sounds like paradise ;-)

> I have no idea what Disney has done with those coils....
In know, your run a business and this cetrainly changes things,
but from the hobby experimenters view the tought of coils
that just get dismantled to stand in the corner is a little hard
to take. But for disney its just some attraction they paid for,
it paid off and now its probably worthless to them, cruel world..

However, not to get too sentimental I really appreciate
the ttr coils shown on the web for the great workmanship,
excellent job indeed.

best regards
